Church Discipline protects The Churches Jesus Built from Heresy.

And insubordination and flesh-filled carnal defiance to Fullfill The Great Commission Given to her, would be cause for some intervention and admonition to repent of that Heresy, or bring it before the body for a vote, to be loosed from that fellowship.

Outside of The Kind of churches that Jesus Built, there are innumerable false churches and other non- Christian religions.

    They all preach one thing.

    Deny The Gospel.

The Gospel is one of the best kept secrets on Earth.

You, religiously, tell me I'm this and that, but you don't indicate that you are at all familiar with what The Gospel is.

I wasn't referring to infants being saved, it was about infants going to heaven. So you do conflate 'saved' with going to heaven. I suppose 'lost' conflates with going to hell, right?

    Wow...that is a profound observation!

Wasn’t Christ’s death on the cross enough to wash away the Origional sin and can a child reason enough to make a decision for God... cause isn’t that the real issue?

Speaking for all those who have agonized over this topic, this decision is up to God, leave it in His hands and trust in Him.

    blessings to all

No, you need to read the entire passage. He had already heard the gospel before this time. 10:37-38

Nope. Not at all. It's you that is being sloppy with a word, sozo, that by no means is used always in the eternal sense, actually, more times than not it's intended in the temporal sense. It has everything to do with the OP topic.

I'm not splitting hairs. You're being sloppy.

Have you been 'saved', from Eternity Past?
    When you were Elected?

Is that when you became a 'child of god'?

    ...
I've asked other Pb 5 times.
    Thus, just asking.

    No doubt. agree

    No doubt. Agree

    Not true.

"The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory." Ps. 97:6

The church was the mystery according to Paul, not the gospel. As Paul states in Ephesians 3
"4By referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, 7of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God’s grace which was given to me according to the working of His power."

    Not true.

But, yet when I ask of you, you have yet to bring either definition nor example to this thread.

The Gospel was never a mystery, but the church was.

Because you haven't given what you consider is the gospel and examples, there is little more to discuss, for all your opinions are of the substance of a vapor.

What exactly the word "gospel" means, and examples of how the word is used in Scriptures is vital to understanding.

Can you not provide such understanding?

I doubt you will get a straight answer on this from PB's. Their theology is not biblical.

Why would you think I was a primitive Baptist?

    What is this?

Are you incapable, and yet would dare proclaim what you have toward me?

Surely you have something credible to offer other than proclamations of dismissal and discredit.

    Maybe you don’t.
