    If y'all are looking to buy a house, a 1000sq.m. one just went on the market for $6,000. Yes, $6,000. Of course, it doesn't have indoor plumbing. But that can be installed.

    We bought our house for peanuts and have no mortgage, but it has cost an arm and a leg to fix it up. We will be repairing this house for many more years, I'm afraid. If you want to see some of the repairs, visit my blog. An amazing transformation, really.

    Upstate is much inexpensive than the Greater NY City area.

    How about your church sending your husband up by the Great New York State Fair and start a church? :thumbsup:
