"I have Psalm 56:3 across my chest. It's "What time I'm afraid, I will trust in thee." It's my first tattoo. My mom always read it to me as a kid."
What the heck WAS that????
what do you expect from a new yorker:smilewinkgrin:
excuse me!!!!!!??????
Couldn't hear him, annsni? I think he said, What do you expect from a New Yorker?
I'm still getting over the Christian bartender concept.
From the article:"It's hard because I'm a Christian and I do get a lot of devil worshippers. For some reason, they just gravitate towards me. I just nod my head and smile."
Hey, Broom Hilda. Maybe it's the bone piercing in your nose or the Goth makeup!
What do you expect from a New Yorker?
So I need to get a nose piercing and goth makeup? That would look REALLY weird on me! LOL
Remember, there is New York then there is the North Shore of Long Island. VERY different creatures.Think more soccer mom meets America's Cup and that's Northport. LOL
Not you silly. I was talking about Salty's new friend.
Then there is Upstate New York where...ummm... I guess we have Goth Christian bartending girls with Bible verses tattooed on them
I went to a Baptist Church that discriminated against a member because he drove a beer truck. Where do righteous sorts draw the line? The farmer who sells wheat to a local brewery, is he OK?
I love the bar. It's awesome.

I wish I could help you here, Salty, but I've never heard of this incident.I read where John R. (or Bill - I forget) Rice once had some land with trees. A brewery wanted to buy the land to harvest the trees. Rice refused to do so beacuse of the intended use.
