We have watched GSN on and off for some time.. I never liked the Newlywed show.. because of it's vulgarity... but other shows like Deal or No Deal, Family Feud, Lingo, Etc... they are good filler shows when nothing else is on TV that is any good...
But no more... I will pass that channel by and told them so. If thousands do the same.. the Newlywed show may be canceled. I hope anyway.
There's no such thing as a liberal Baptist, right? Right?
This is news to you? It's been the worst kept secret since, maybe, Robert Reed. I met Takei years ago (long before his life was public). I even worked with him on some local charitable causes. He dedicated much of his life and financial resources to the local community. While I don't respect his personal lifestyle choice, I still respect his contributions to the local community.I do find it disturbing that George Takei is a homosexual.
I don't know but the ignore list works great

Could it be that secretly, some Baptist liberals support gay marriage?
Let's see what happens...“If the inflammatory nature of the comments on a program overshadows our message and causes GEICO to be drawn into a national debate, we are likely to reconsider where we place our marketing messages, which is what we did.
GEICO delivers very important messages through its major marketing campaigns: we’re saving customers’ dollars, we’re easy to do business with, we’re looking out for our policyholders. That’s what we hope the public hears and sees and focuses on.
As a company, we do not take positions on controversial issues.
As an advertiser, while a national debate on issues can be healthy and appropriate, we don’t see ourselves in the role of taking part in those debates.
Our business is auto insurance. We want to bring people value and we attempt to reach large audiences with that message.
It is of little benefit to us if a program gets so much attention that our message is drowned out.
Sincerely,
GEICO Corporate Communications”
