    Appeal. They cannot make a church do that which is against it's beliefs.

    Hopefully this church will pursue this further...all the way to the Supreme Court as necessary.

    It won't hold up on appeal since the religious exemption clause will be weighed carefully.

    The difficulty will come in that the public use segment of the non-profit organization is sketchy in NJ. Notice this quote from a (better) Reuter's article:

    Should be a good case to watch. I doubt that the state Supreme Court would uphold the decision of the lower court given the religious exemption would cause more harm than good. This will definitely solicit the interest of many religious liberty lawyers I know.
