It won't hold up on appeal since the religious exemption clause will be weighed carefully.

The difficulty will come in that the public use segment of the non-profit organization is sketchy in NJ. Notice this quote from a (better) Reuter's article:
In the ruling, the judge said the organization violated its promise to keep the property open to public use in exchange for a tax exemption under the state's Green Acres program that promotes and protects a system of interconnected open spaces.

Should be a good case to watch. I doubt that the state Supreme Court would uphold the decision of the lower court given the religious exemption would cause more harm than good. This will definitely solicit the interest of many religious liberty lawyers I know.
