No. Let the Russians continue to support and supply them.

We have no reason whatsoever to furnish them with weapons.

Don't know if he's the best but he certainly is one of the prime examples of war mongering neocons on the far right wingnut branch of Republicans.

...bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran, bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran; I won't forget his little ditty there; at that time the Bush administration in their arrogance shunned an apparently sincere offer from Iran to negotiate concerning their then fledgling nuclear program; but no, these idiot wingnuts were holding out for a land invasion and regime change.

I despise neoconservatism just as much or more than I do socialism.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday voted 10-7 in favor of authorizing military action in Syria. The vote was the first step to a full Senate vote to authorize President Barack Obama’s plan to bomb the war-torn nation.

According to an analysis by MapLight, which tracks lobbying and campaign contributions in Congress, senators who voted in favor of the resolution received, on average, 83 percent more money from defense contractors and other defense interests than senators who voted against the resolution.

John McCain is at the top of the list.

Anyone that thinks anything can be negotiated in good faith with the Iranians is an idiot.

Anyone who is convinced that anything can't be negotiated with anyone is a fool.

The Iranians approached us AFTER they seen how readily we dispatched the Iraqis, at that time they only had a few subterfuges, now they have THOUSANDS. The Bush administration was very foolish in that they never even gave the Iranians an audience. Fools.

But guess who was running the neocon agenda then (and still are).
