I will start phoning the false churches whom I sent letters too and I am trying to find out a way to so it without being accusing or starting a fight. I may call and ask if they received my letter and tracts and if they had any questions. But how would I address the female pastors without being rude? Women are not pastors and the Bible is clear on this one so should I just address the female by her fist name?

My main goal is seeds in the hearts of the false pastors. Lord willing God will grant faith and repentance and the Holy Spirit will open their hearts to the gospel. He opened the heart of Lydia whom responded to Paul's preaching.

Address the women just as you would if you were conducting business with them. Address them as Ms. SoAndSo.

If you sent me a letter calling out my church for what you believe to be false doctrine and then followed it up with a phone call you've already set the tone for accusing and starting a fight. I would politely ask you not to call again and hang up.

What I believe to be false doctrine??? Starting a fight????

So you think that Progressive churches are okay? So you think that Unitarian Universalism is good doctrine?

    Sometime I wonder about you.

Yes indeed correct. However I will continue to preach the truth and confront them. I will see if they are open to reason and if not I will warn them of hell and where they are headed and hang up

evangelist6589 don't let the naysayers get you down. Continue to be bold and confront those preaching false doctrine. Others can sit by the way side and say "not me" or "what good will it do". You know where the good fight is...keep fighting it!

I do not like your sarcasm of me and I wish you would stop. It's posts like this that deserve a rabbit. Or maybe next time a rat photo would do.

They are a pastor - whether you like it or not - deal with it.

Get to know them personally, establish a friendship. It may take over a year or so.

    Patience is a virtue.

It is true that being a woman pastor does not mean heresy. I have passed over some churches that had woman pastors and taught the basic gospel.

How am I gonna to build a relationship with more than 20 pastors all over the Denver metro area when we have no common bonds or no way to connect? I mean if I worked at a job they worked PT Time or we were on the same softball team or knew each other in a college class that would be one thing.

In my situation if they are open to reasoning I would be glad to go to lunch with them or meet in their office. Sometimes the false teachers are open. I have had hour long chats with them before and my old pastor used to do this kind of thing often with the JW's in his area.

Being a woman pastor does not make one a heretic it's only when the woman pastors preach another gospel and all my letters have been aimed at those woman pastors.

I avoided a certain church the other day and they had a Assitant woman pastor. The church taught the basic gospel so she got no letter from me.

    1) How about 1 at a time.
    2) Many cities have ministers associations - often a luncheon - If possible, attend one.

Salty, I gotta disagree. The scripture bares out that women are not preachers/pastors. This is not meant as disrespect to women. The fact is, too much happens in this world that Christians just decided to "deal with" instead of "standing up to" as we should.

Although I agree that being confrontational right out of the gate is not the best way to go about creating change. Patience and diplomatic humility tend to work better in personal interactions.

Bingo!!, maybe this isn't your calling then, maybe you should be putting your effort towards reaching those that you do have common bonds with (work, neighbor, bag boy/cashier at the grocery store, etc.). Its really easy to contact one of these heretics and then get no response and say they're hardened, etc. etc., but it takes a lot more effort to live out your sanctification and practically point those around you to Christ through the events of day to day life.

Satan will do all that he can to get me away from preaching the moral law and troubling peoples conscience. To get me away from preaching the holiness of God, judgment, and Gods wrath on sinners. I have sent out many tracts that address these topics to the false teachers and will continue to do so.

But I do know some Mormon neighbors. Hmm maybe I need to drop off some Mormon tracts at their house. Besides that we do not speak. People at work? Not open to reasoning or the gospel. Besides that I do not know anyone personally but will say I welcome the season to give gifts and include gospel tracts to family members. Or maybe this year I will send a Christmas card to family members I have not contacted in many years.....

Address them as Pastor. If you are unwilling to show the respect due their office, as proscribed by their church, do not expect them to respect you or what you have to say. There is nothing wrong with a bit of diplomacy.
