If a wise man has an argument with a fool,
the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet. Pro. 29:9

Cruz clearly was the better man. The Trumpbot didn't stand a chance, but I say good on Ted for being willing to his opponent. Thats more then we can say for "Mr. Art of the Deal"

Cruz was the friendly one in the conversation. The Trump supporter was obnoxious, insulting, and had no responses except name-calling and accusations.

Cruz was in a battle of wits with an unarmed man.

That said, I do not like Cruz and voted against him at every opportunity here in the Texas elections. But it was nice to see a candidate actually try to attempt to discuss issues instead of the name-calling and bullying that Trump believes should characterize our political discourse.

As someone who has voted for the Republican candidate for President ever since I was old enough to vote (I voted for Reagan), I will not vote for Trump - even if the Republican Party nominates him. It is my conviction that a vote for Trump is a vote against our founding principles as a nation.

A few random hecklers arguing with a Harvard-educated attorney, gee, I wonder who won that "debate"? But it's awesome that Cruz confronted them, they weren't expecting that and maybe next time they'll think before running their mouths at somebody.
