there is no satanic healing is there?

Maybe ... :Frown

[Matthew 7:22-23 NASB] "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'

So do I.
I even know of someone raised from the dead in Spring Hill, Florida (more like the boy that fell from the window in Acts, than Lazarus in his tomb) ... but there was no public spectacle and no money involved and the only one that got the glory was God (because He did the work). Just a man that died, a church that was praying because they thought he was sick, and two Paramedics that never got to finish their paperwork and transport him.

If that is the route you want to take, then you cant hold unhealed medical condition against Smith Wigglesworth or anyone else.
I can though, as unlike Paul accepting the will of God not to heal him, they kept on declaring that God gifted them to be able to heal, healing was provided for in the atonement, so physician, heal thy self!

Same has to be said about Paul. Anything less is pure hypocrisy.

Paul knew though that it was not the will, of god to always heal, but those so called faith healers cliam healing provided for in the atonement, so always will of god to heal, just a lack of faith going on!

Of course God heals according to his will. Even if the physicians are able to heal, they can only do it if God wills.

As the old hymn says,
  • Arrows all around fly,
  • Till He wills, I cannot die,
  • Not a single dart can hit,
  • Till the God of Love permits.

Yes there is. That's why pagan temples used to have healing rooms.
The big difference is that its God Himself choosing to heal, not someone gifted now like an Apostle to heal, and we cannot say healing is provided for int he atonement as WoF does, as in their minds, God always must heal if we confess and believe enough!

Nothing wrong with doing that, see James, but is big problem when we demand and expect God to always have to heal us....

Speaking of which, Jack van Impe died a week or so ago, but he had predicted for years that God had promised he would live until Jesus returned.

Does that mean we missed the Second Coming?
(I hate it when that happens). :Cry

As an aside, God has promised that he will talk with me before making a decision ... when hell freezes over. ;)
