    Just keep that in mind when you become a victim - and the cops are afraid of doing anything to the perpetrator.

    So its okay to murder an Asian?

    The funny thing is that if I'm a victim there's a great chance a cop would be the perpetrator.

    Contrary to what the people who believe George Floyd deserved to be murdered think, murder is wrong.

    Multiple charges are given so that if the prosecution cannot argue for the more serious charge, the lesser charge can still be applied. The jury needs to rule on all charges.

    If multiple guilty verdicts are arrived at, they are served concurrently so only the duration of incarceration for the most serious charge will matter.

    It's amazing how people can see a man murder another man and call it right just because the murderer is white and the one being murdered was black. Thank God he "does what pleases in heaven and on earth" and that the prayers of the righteous avail much.

    You need to read what I wrote - why are you afraid to answer that question ???




    YOU SAID it was wrong to murder a black man - which could mean only.
    So I am asking - is it murder to kill an Asian

    Why are you afraid to answer the question asked?

    Did you even read what you wrote? There was no question in your first comment.

    What type of logic implies only in a statement such as "it was wrong to murder a black man"?!?
    And I answered the question, it's as wrong to murder an Asian as it is to kill a black man since murder is wrong. :Rolleyes

    Interesting. The funny thing is that if a police officer is a victim odds are a black man would be the perpetrator. If a black man is shot odds are another black man was the perpetrator.

    If I am the victim chances are a black man is the perpetrator (chances are that a police officer is not).

    I think one problem is each side is too one sided.

    One side denies racist stereotypes exist. The other side sees only racism.

    Both are equally wrong, just in different directions.

    Salty, you are being silly. You know full well he meant that all murder is wrong, but in this case the murder was that of a black man.

    The reason for applying multiple guilty verdicts in murder/manslaughter cases is so that if the more serious charge gets overturned on appeal, the lesser charges could still be applied.

    now you speak as a FOOL! The problem is that people like you and BLM ARE the MAIN problem, both there in the USA and here in the UK. IF you follow the Teachings of the Holy Bible, then ALL lives MATTER to the Lord! Not just black people.

    Evidently you did not get the point I was trying to make.
    He said "The lives of law enforcement should be ruin when they murder black people."
    There was NO need to include the word "Black"

    Lets see what it says now: <The lives of law enforcement should be ruin when they murder people.>
    and notice - I didnt list gender either.

    and what I find disgusting is that people were cheering that a person was found guildy.
    I understand for someone to sigh a breath of relief - but for anyone in that crowd who
    professes to be a Christian - should be ashamed of themselves for cheering.

    Interesting - they were all praying for justice - but what would the reaction have been if
    he had been found innocent on all counts?

    Remember - there could be an appeal - and lest say he is found innocent of at least one of the charges......

    There is nothing disgusting about cheering when an obviously guilty person is declared guilty. That is a cheer for the justice system doing its job which unfortunately does not happen as often as it should.
