    In this particular case - she did threaten a tazer - but he slid back into the truck - and he very eaisly have had a gun that he was going
    to shoot at her.......

    When people resist arrest - well, all bets are off.

    I disagree. Resisting arrest is not a reason to kill someone.

    but - and this is a big But- it appeared he might have been reaching for a weapon. and in those situation - you do not have time
    to wait......

    how can it be a "perfect" system, if it is "run by imperfect people"? It must be an IMPERFECT system!
