“Anti-Semitism” Disclaimers for the New Testament

Do they mean something like this?

Matthew 15:26 (KJV) But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast [it] to dogs.

 

Are they calling for expurgated Torah and prophetic books? Anti-Egypt, anti-Canaanite, anti-Persian, anti-Philistine [Palestinian]...?

 

No. Dog is in reference to the non-Jew in the context. Here are a few examples.

I wonder if the Jews have any intention of cleaning up their Talmud. It reeks with hate for non-Jews.
