Oops! Again...
Oh well, all's fair in love & war. A few innocent people get tortured, but it's for, um, freedom (that's the ticket) and to make Americans safe.

IF there is a case of true mistaken identity (not intentional capture of an innocent man) criminal charges are without warrant. This is minute in comparison to the entire sphere of things…Our intelligence agencies specifically noting the CIA are highly valuable and deserve credit as much of their labor goes unnoticed.

Of course, one's intentions should be considered when one is arrested for a crime. But if one commits a crime, even if one thinks that it's justified by the circumstances, then there can be consequences.
Agents of the government, if they break the law, are no different than anyone else. -

That's the Fed's job, not the CIA's.
CIA's do not operate domestically.
Vice-versa, FBI cannot "kidnap" abroad. -
"13 (alleged) CIA Agents Arrested for Extraordinary Rendition?"
Arrested?
Daisy, Would you please show proof of that statement? -

Good for the ethics of the German government in response to the bush culture on torture (torture them all and let god sort em out mentality).
How would baptist here feel if they were to get caught up in an arrest by a foreign government whisked out of the country...tortured...found to be innocent...of course it cries out from the throne of God as unjust. -
As one commentator said, this is only German politics and nothing will come of it. Same thing happened with the Italians not long ago. He also said, our CIA was acting on information that had originally been given to them by the Germans, anyway.
