Yes, may the Lord bless Pence.
I'm pretty sure he used to be part of the establishment, but I think he's become more conservative.
Mostly, I think he is a man of integrity, and he's strongly pro-life.
While a Pastor and a political leader are two different offices, To ignore a person's moral make up that may very well influence all his decisions, is a poor decision on the voters part.
The fact that many voters have ignored the moral values of candidates for many years is the reason we are where we are in this nation today.
You assume, wrongly, that voting for Trump meant that we had to ignore his moral makeup. Those two are not tied together.
I disagree. We are where we are because the Church lost its way and voice in the United States. If the church had not sat by the wayside we would still have an influence on the majority of the country today. But we were idle and lazy. That is why we are where we are today.
In my honest opinion, NO.
His mouth and self centered attitude has hampered his ability to fulfill his office.
If you look at this man's life, he has been on both sides of all issues.
He has always taken the side that best helps him and what he wants to accomplish.
I do not like him and trust him even less.
BUT, at least Hillary did not win.
I strongly disagree with you.
The Saints in this country did loose their way when they began to ignore the moral value of those
elected to serve us.
To ignore moral value and vote according to "what can he do for me" is just bad judgment.
You should not be voting for anyone as the Christian savior of the nation. The presidency is a secular office and it should always be looked at as such. I think most people vote for least worst candidate. If not Trump, then who? Any Democrat at the minimum
will be supporting infanticide, open borders, and increased taxation.
The fact is, your choice will be quite limited.
Like it or not, if you fail to VOTE, you are allowing others to make your choice.
I had to hold my nose firmly to vote for Trump, but had I not, that would have been one vote for Hillary that was not canceled; and if enough persons had felt the same need to refrain from voting we would not have a Mr. President, but rather a Madam President.
I would not want that on my conscience!
Next time I will willingly - w/o nose-holding - vote for Trump!!:Thumbsup
Now I fully hope the dims follow your practice &
refrain from voting because their candidate does not meet their expectations!!
Somehow though, I strongly suspect that this thought process is alien to them.
Another thing:
Because Donald Trump was/is a mean Brooklyn wheeler dealer business man he has an armor plated
constitution which made him able to take the 24/7 hate onslaught of the Marxists, socialists, Democrats, RINO's, neocons NoTrumpers, Trump-haters and turn coats (I'm sure I missed someone) along with the marxist ministry of truth "free" press along also with the television Sanhedrin of talking head puppets daily logo-rhea of libel and slander.
Plus the social media.
I don't believe any other mortal man or woman, left or right on the political scene today is able.
Attacking all who oppose him with profanity. Promoting himself above any issue.
"Stretching" the truth when he is not telling lies.
Very poor spokesman for the "agenda of God".
His stand on pro-life, gay rights, and Israel has changed in recent years so as to gain "Christian" support.
So, I disagree that he is doing the "agenda of God".
It is all about Trump.
While that may be of some good, it has always been about Trump.
As a nation we can do better.
Both parties could have offered the voters a better choice and should have.
As long as the voters continue to voter for the lesser of two evils the longer this will continue and looks like it will be even worse in 2020.
As for me, enough is enough.
Until I am offered a better choice, neither party will get my vote.
