The only pain I have is in my neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, left hip, legs (especially my knees), ankles, and feet. Other than that I feel fine.
This afternoon when I got in from church, I was walking in our bedroom (the lights were off), and I accidentally stepped on one of my wife's high heeled shoes.
It was turned upside down, and the ball of my foot came down directly on the heel.
Straight to the bone!
It HURTS.
Not a doctor, but will advise you anyway to to see one because shoulder injuries (I'm taking for granted your talking about the the top shoulder joint here and not under the shoulder blade) often include damage to the ligaments. It is very common to tear these and you do not want to severe them or let them go if partially severed already. Some more advice is to try to get some physical therapy, there is no better medicine.
I rarely buy new shoes. Other than a pair of dress shoes, I try to buy all of my shoes second hand. The problem is that it's virtually impossible to find size 12's at the second hand stores.
So when I heard that Wal-Mart had shoes for $12, I ran out and got some. My feet are killing me now. I hate to go and buy another new pair of shoes, but I'm going to have to. I stood up for a couple of hours yesterday and now I can hardly walk.
