Mr. Kerr, your Farmer quote is utter nonsense. Since you believe it to be true, please give evidence to support such a wild claim. Farmer's word is not enough to prove anything.
I need to get a reasonable reply from you on this. Again, are you implying that the copyists were affected by outside influences and compromised in their work? Give some documented proof that demonstrates your contention. Cite evidence. Mere assertions don't cut any mustard.
Name these "newly discovered manuscripts" -- I AM INTERESTED.
