Moving day is tomorrow, and upon arriving in our new domicile, it is highly unlikely that we will be involved in a Baptist church anymore.
Since this is a Baptist board, though others do post here, I'd prefer not to be restricted to a few forums and relegated to the status of second class Christian.
Here's some political truth and reality.
Take it slowly.
I wouldn't want anyone's head to explode, or for you to toss your monitor or laptop out the window.
Jack, I hope you find a good church, even though it likely won't be a Baptist church. I for one will miss your contributions here. There are so few alternate views on politics here.
Not a bad list. But she forgot that immigration is going down, that most Obama voters weren't voting for him to get free stuff, and that Sharia Law is not becoming the law of the land.
I rarely respond to good-byes, but I hate to see this. You are one of the view who seem to strive for a balanced view on issues. I disagreed with a couple of things, but that was an excellent video choice.
I am disappointed that being a member of a Baptist board that has Baptist only forums make you feel second class. I have joined and posted on Catholic and Orthodox boards and never felt bothered that there were forum that were only for them. It was, after all, their board and I was a guest. Same way with a couple of KJV boards I posted on. Some discussions were for KJVOs only. I was never bothered by that.
This board needs reasoned voices - I hate to see one go.
I'm sorry to see you go and hope God blesses you in your move and in your new home. I'm Presbyterian myself and don't mind there being Baptist-only forums here, so I really hope you stay and participate.
I agree with Bro. Curtis, the title of this thread is not reasonable, and is, IMO, inflammatory.
Due to the PAs that I have had to delete and reported posts, this thread is now closed.
