Each one of those could disqualify someone - or not disqualify them. It depends on what caused the divorce, what has happened since the divorce and where the man is now in his walk with the Lord.

This, and so many other things, must be decided on a case by case basis.
I clicked other because of this. I do believe that if a senior pastor, following his licensing and ordination (or installment if you don't believe in either of those) falls morally (married or unmarried) he is disqualified from assuming the senior pastor office. He might, after a period of discipline and restoration, may assume an associate level position but never again the office of senior pastor. Because the church is too special.
