That used to be the predominant belief in Pentecostalism, but it's now a minority belief.

It is my understanding Christians receive the Holy Spirit as part of the body of Christ began on Pentecost. But many Christians believe this took place before Pentecost in John 20:22, and Pentecost is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit distinct from receiving the Holy Spirit in salvation, Acts of the Apostles 1:2.

Pentecostals believe Christians receive the Holy Spirit at salvation. And the baptism of the Holy Spirit, Acts of the Apostles 1:8 on Pentecost is evidenced by the speaking in tongues, Acts of the Apostles 2:4.

The immersion in the Holy Spirit.

No, was saying the the classic Pentecostal view , as per the AOG, would be that one should seek the "second act of grace/Baptism in the Holy Ghost," which always is confirmed by speaking in other tongues!
I totally reject that, as to me they make the infilling of the Spirit into something different and separate, and confuse the things done in Acts by the Spirit as being for all times, not seeing was for just that time!

They confuse the infilling as being a second act of grace, but its the same grace given to all by the Holy Spirit once saved!

Oneness Church is a tiny faction of Pentecostalism.

Perhaps, but they still hold to a heretical view on God and salvation!

I was tasught in AOG school, and was a teaching Elder in the AOG, so do understand how they view scriptures!
And they do confuse infilling of the Spirit with Baptism of the Spirit!

Many Baptists also believe the receiving of the Holy Spirit do to salvation is distinct from the baptism of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Acts of the Apostles 1:8 per John 20:22 and Acts of the Apostles 1:2, 1 Corinthians 12:13.

Did AOG teach you to end all sentences with an exclamation point?

Baptist do not use the terminology "second act of grace" and typically believe tongues have ceased with the.end of Apostles.
