    yes, and no. one first has to go to New York.

    Wonder why they did not use the Boardwalk in NJ as a departure to swim?

    or one of the famous Eastern Coast beaches?

    Having lustful thoughts constitutes adultery already according to Jesus. So it is the same as fulfilling the lust of the flesh. It is the same as if one physically committed the sin.

    Just looking at a woman is not sinful. It is when you look at her to lust after her in your heart. There is the sin.
