The guy is selling these like hotcakes so it isn't detracting form business in the mall. Nor is there any problems mentioned with people upset and certainly they would have mentioned it if that were the case. They are protecting Obama just like libbies are doing in a great many places.

This is not a free speech issue.
There is no governmental entity trying to restrict this man's speech.
It's just the free market.
It's similar to the boycotting of the Dixie Chicks.
I do agree if the roles were reversed, [most] liberals would be screaming to high heaven.
No one said it was a government entity and such is not required for it to be a free speech issue. And it is different than boycotting the Dixie Chicks as the consumers decided that not the record label or the concert halls.
It's still a free market issue.
If the record labels and concert people did not want to sign the Dixie Chicks, that would also be fully acceptable.
In fact, many radio stations (i.e., distributors) refused to play the Dixie Chicks, so it wasn't just the consumer.
But either way, it's all part of the free market.
