Good evening again -
Tonight in Mark we read the account of Christ healing the man with the shriveled hand showing that He is the Lord of the Sabbath. In verse 4, Jesus asks the Pharisees "Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?" But they remained silent.
Their silence is because they are actually plotting to kill at the time! This chapter is also a reference to all the twelve names of the disciples.
In 1Corinthians Paul talks of respect for our bodies and how they relate to the Body of Christ. As members of the Body, we must respect our physical bodies as they are represenative of Christians to all the world.
Finally I will give you the link to the map of the division of the Holy Land that I provided last night so that you may interpret Joshua a bit more clearly: http://www.blueletterbible.org/images/maps/Otest/boundaries.html
May God bless you
