    There is all the patience in the world with people who want to do better.

    There ought to be very little tolerance in the bosom of ANY pastor for people who shirk God-given responsibility and accountability.

    I am not speaking of specific people. I am speaking of fundamentalism and evangelicalism as a whole.

    However... here might be a clue:

    The ones who fight most vociferously against the accusation that we need to tighten up are likely giving themselves away.

    You've heard the saying, "Throw a rock into a pack of dogs and the one who whelps is the one you hit"?

    Good...then everyone on this board views you as acting superior. When multiple people tell ya something, you should listen. But you just need to be right. I tell you this Rick, in all sincerely ... more evil has come into the world by people of righteous ignorance than by people who've intentionally sinned.

    It's not wrong to be "right." Once in a while if something works out, that's sure nice. The spiritual problem is the NEED to be right.

    Multitudes tell us that there is no God.

    Which is exactly what I think you guys are guilty of.
