What and miss the feeling of numbness when coming out of the frozen water!!!
I just like it better this way... just my style I guess. -

brrrrrrrrrrrr!
I was baptised outside also. In the mountains of Idaho in Feb. of 1980. Snow was about 6 foot deep. brrrrrr! But we were not nearly as bold asyou brother. We used a hot spring pool!
Is that cheating?
God bless you and your church as it grows, one soul at a time, bro. -
I just found out tonight that most of the water that runs in that creek comes from a fresh mountain spring... and that it is even cold in the summer.
They didn't tell me that till tonight... the sneaks!!! -
Ha! Tim, sounds like some of the BB brethren (mmmm sisters maybe even) are at your church
hehe -
Actually, the youth director is a member of BB... she doesn't write, but reads a lot....
And the former pastor also.....
And another member... -
Brrrrr for sure, tinytim, but I love it! Thanks for sharing ...
-
If I had to baptize in a cold river, I would be the one in the boat......
Good on you, Tim.
Cheers,
Jim
