The one-person Cain didn't need to see leading the charge of the "light brigade" against his past moral conduct is Gloria ("the man-hater) Allred.

This vicious legal viper has brought down many other men after they were accused of sexual misconduct. The most recent was California's "Govenator," Arnold himself! Mildred became the hero, and Arnold (although he was a cheater and liar) the heel! Allred also brought down Meg Whitman, the promising GOP contender running against Jerry Brown for Governor in California over the illegal immigrant maid issue.

All I can say is, "Good luck Herman, this little problem just became a political tsunami, and its coming your way!" :tonofbricks:

The real Herman Cain is finally getting the attention he deserves! I hope this sinks any political ambition he ever has to run for any office. He should go back to making pizzas!

Well, We Finally Agree on Something!

The real Herman Cain is finally getting the attention he deserves! I hope this sinks any political ambition he ever has to run for any office. He should go back to making pizzas!

I hope he returns to pizza making too, as the one thing American didn't need was another "prima donna"" going to Washington, and not being able to recognize the difference between a global issue and social dilemma.

Cain was a scary to me, as Obama is, and I think, Allred will be the final nail in his coffin!

I smell fish somewhere here.

It seems odd that a supposedly conservative republican (cannot recall where I heard this) would call Gloria Aldridge of all people.

It is said it all comes down to money. I would be curious as to Bialek's financial state. Call me cynical, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's another motive driving this.

Me too.

Here is what I noticed - Everyone was was upset at Cain because he could not recall from memory what happened 15 years ago.

Yet this women was reading from a prepared statement! You would think she should have been able to recall the incident ( and should have been interviewed the same way as Cain) Hmmmm

Not saying Cain is innocent - I just want all the facts....

I'm skeptical of the accusations.

I find the second part of the accusation to be the least credible as I don't see how what she described is physically possible for two people that are either both standing or both sitting short of the man knocking the woman to the ground.

If it is true why was there no police report for assault?

Where is the evidence?

In the OP article:

"In an interview after Ms. Bialek’s news conference, Joel P. Bennett, a lawyer for one of Mr. Cain’s anonymous accusers, said that Ms. Bialek’s claims were “very similar” in nature to the incident that occurred between his client and Mr. Cain."

I can't help but to notice that previously he described it as "physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made women who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable".

Big difference.

What does this do to the credibility of the first woman who now has decided that she just doesn't want to discuss the details... but continues to make vague accusations?

I don't buy any of these claims.

Even though they are not considered legal evidence It would be interesting to have Mr. Cain to call for them all to agree to take a lie detector test, him agreeing to pay for them.

Looks to me like a "she said" only. Gloria Allred? Hatred written all over her face (for men, of course) akin to hatred written all over Michelle Obamas face (hatred for many things here, others besides them having money, free-enterprise, Americans who have jobs, hatred for our country, but love for ribs (Rush Limbaugh said so)). Oh, my bad, back to the OP.

I can't see how this is already a nail in the coffin for him. Seems like some of you on here are scared of Gloria to me.

Sharon didn't tell anyone the details back then because she was embarrassed? I highly doubt that. I kind of chuckled on how she tells Herman to come clean, and then he can go on and campaign and help this country (implied).

Talk about hypocrisy. Folks, it's all about money, and that is all it is.

Perhaps we should see all this for what it is...

The news media is deathly afraid that the American conservatives might select their own candidate instead of the one the liberal press wishes would run against their darling Obama.

When will regular Americans wake up and realize that WE get to chose our candidate, not the media, nor the other side!

Romney is their man, but he won't be good for America. He is left-center and just another Eastern Establishment RINO. That's why they keep pressing him forward as if he is the standard bearer for the Republican Party. Who said so? Certainly not the people, who have turned him away time and again. No matter who else runs, they are compared to Romney. That is the sign that he is their guy.

They did likewise with McCain. Until he picked up Palin, he didn't even have the slightest chance at getting elected, and after he picked up Palin, he didn't know what to do with her and ultimately he got wacked at the polls.

Sure you don't. After all, these allegations are against a republican, now if it were Obama or some other democrat, it would be a different story.

Hypocrisy on the BB knows no end!

No hypocrisy...

I am just noticing that the details don't add up.

One woman makes accusations then says she wants to be released from a non-diclosure agreement so she can talk about it. And when she gets that release no longer wants to talk about the details but will continue to make nonspecific accusations.

One woman describes a scenario of physical actions that I for the life of me can not envision happening without rewritting the laws of physics or reshaping the human anatomy.

The lawyer for another accuser gives two different versions of his clients undisclosed encounter with Cain saying it was "a nonsexual gesture" and then "similar to" the latest reality defying details of the latest accuser.

If any of this is true, why all the contradictions?
