You obviously think that adding the words unarmed black man justifies cops killing unarmed black men.

Do you assume that being unarmed and black means they must still be a danger?

Truth is YOU do not care. Truth is you've got a chip on your shoulder about all things black and that much has been evident for a long time. You like so many other racially prejudiced white people just want to absolve yourself from the truth of what's in your heart. Your words and actions make it clear to the world . So save the issues and go find the next anti-black headline that you can post. Check with your ring leaders Sean and Rush.

Are the ones calling for cops to be shot saying all cops fair game? Red and yellow, black and white?

    Yes.

    No.

See how easy that is ? Yes, and no. No personal insults, no whining about how Christians are supposed to act, no projecting hatred, nothing like that.

Now you try it with my questions.

I answered your questions. Obviously not to your liking. This isn't talk radio. I get to answer the way that I want to answer.

Nope. You didn't. If you did, I'd see a "yes" or a "no" after them. You avoided the questions, and instead asked me some. Nope. You didn't answer, zaac. Try again ?

I answered. You just wanted me to answer the way that you wanted to receive the answer so that you could frame the conversation in the way that you want it to go.

    I'm not a puppet.

"unarmed" is relative. Being armed with themselves in a physical battle is not quite as "unarmed" as you might think. In both cases, the victim fought police. In the Ferguson case, when you are outside the car and were shot inside the police car and left blood evidence in there, it's pretty obvious that you were not sitting on the curb minding your own business.

In the case in NY, it's clear that the man told the police that they were not going to arrest him and to leave him alone, becoming combative and thus needing to be restrained. Yes, it was a wrong restraint but he was not "choked to death" as you seem to feel.

In both cases, neither man was murdered and the justice system came to that conclusion.

Oh and just so you know, black men murder white cops. Are you upset about that?

Right. That's why we see so many unarmed white people being killed by the police.

    Nope.

well the dead guy certainly didn't say that.

The medical examiner called it a homicide meaning somebody else's hands helped lead to his death. So whether you want to call it having oxygen or blood cut off, it led to his death.

SO he was choked to near death and then death helped him the rest of the way.

Bunch of crap. A prosecutor who did not want to prosecute bypassed due process both times and came to that conclusion. There was nothing of justice in any of those proceedings.

Oh and just so you know, I'm upset when anybody kills anybody else. That's one of the reasons why, unlike a lot of the blood thirsty folks on this board, i'm against capital punishment post Jesus on the Cross.

Bloodthirsty. Yup. If you disagree with zaac, you get called names. Post up something he don't like, and he calls you names. Say something about one of his idols, he calls you names.

It's fine with me, as long as he accepts the names back.

But it's not a very good debate tactic.

Think about the definition of murder, Zaac. Murder implies that at least one of these two police officers thought about and planned out how to kill the person they killed, prior to killing them. Given the situations, I have to doubt that either was able to formulate malice aforethought prior to the incident.

Seeing as it is impossible to prove that either officer actively sought to kill their victim, murder becomes an overreach when going before a jury. Likely, at best, involuntary manslaughter would be their best charge, and that carries far softer penalties than murder.

So if we don't hold to the Zaac Theory of Justice then we're just "blood thirsty" folks, huh?

My daughter's boyfriend is 6'something (I think 6'4"?) and over 300 lbs. Let me tell you, he fills a room. If he were violent, I think even grown men would be afraid.

I saw my sister punch through a 1 3/4 inch oak chair bottom.

Perhaps zaac's head is thicker than that, but most humans aren't that lucky. A punch like that to the head, or chest, or solar plexus, forget about it. Dead punching victim.

I can't believe some of these false statements are being made. It's been proven that whites and blacks are being killed by police at the exact same rate. I've also shown that a majority of police killed were by "unarmed" men. Anything that follows that is stubborn ignoring of the truth.
