    Nope, not a fatherly perspective. Maybe a perspective of memorizing rules instead of following the Spirit to achieve morality. Maybe a perspective of a Pharisee. Maybe a perspective of a power trip, but not a fatherly one.

    My father would never speak that way - and he's 85 this year so right in that same age group.
