Whittington "came up from behind the vice president and the other hunter and didn't signal them or indicate to them or announce himself," Armstrong told the Associated Press in an interview.
"The vice president didn't see him," she continued. "The covey flushed and the vice president picked out a bird and was following it and shot. And by god, Harry was in the line of fire and got peppered pretty good."

I don't hunt, but one of the first rules in target shooting is you never go downrange without making sure everyone knows about it.
With hunting, always be sure your location is known.

Look at the state where he shot the man. It is the same state where they feed deer corn and then shoot them while they are eating.

I hadn't heard.
Did the man die? Sad for his family.
And for the Vice President!

OldRegular,
The lawyer did not die.
He will live to lie again.

I know my last comment may have been a little off color, but I have never met a lawyer that has not lied to get his client off of a charge or to get a lesser sentence.
Now Mexdeaf, that one was not funny.

I didn't say he did. You mis-read my statement.
You said "... I have never met a lawyer that has not lied to get his client off of a charge or to get a lesser sentence."
I said, "I have met ONE- his name is Jesus!' He is a lawyer who never lied to get a client off.

hmmmm, He is our advocate, true.
Let's just say I have never met an earthly lawyer who will refuse to lie.
How's that?

Well, this will take the pressure off of Bush for a day or two.
Give him some time to get his story straight about how he never knew the JA the lobbyist.
