The church I am attending sends out a weekly e-newsletter. I love it.

we have a monthly newsletter where myself and the secretary usually have to make up articles for some of our ministry team leaders and we also have a weekly bulletin with an order of worship in it.

We used to have a weekly newsletter, which was mailed to each household. This has been replaced by an expanded church bulletin (11*14) -- a lot of postal savings for the church.
So maybe 1/4 of the bulletin is the order of worship and the announcements take up the other 3/4. There is also a schedule for the week on the back -- which is quite handy to keep. There is also a place for sermon notes. -
We have a weekly bulletin with announcement and sign-up papers, a page for sermon notes (sometimes preprinted with some of the information or outline and other times just lined). We also have a newsletter for our Friendship Unlimited - a ministry to the disabled. Our order of worship is printed for the worship team, media team, ushers and all pastors who are participating as well as anyone else doing anything for the service (special music, guest speaker, etc.).

1. a twice-yearly news- and prayer-letter sent to other Christians (particularly those who have visited our service while on holiday in the area) and churches, and to anyone who requests it. (E-mail me if you would like to receive it by e-mail)
2. a twice-yearly evangelistic news sheet, Foxhole Grace News distributed with the local free newspaper to all the houses in the area.
3. A service-sheet at every service, giving hymn numbers, bible readings (with page numbers for the "pew bibles" to help anyone unused to finding their way around the bible), contact details for the church, details of other meetings (prayer meeting and bible study, children's bible club, etc.)
