I vote windows only but I meant a window unit for the cooling. And I also have a natural gas furnace in the livingroom (our house is 79 years old.)

The poll will only let me chose one, but I have both central air and heat (which is natural gas) and we also use fans in every room.

Apparently I couldn't multi-vote so here are my answers:
We have a furnace that is run by natural gas and then it heats hot water for our baseboard radiators. That's how we heat the house.
For cooling, I try to use windows but when it's too humid and too hot, we have air conditioner units in the windows and walls to keep the house at a dryer, more comfortable temperature. -
Since I have heating and cooling and can't choose more than one, I didn't vote.

We don`t get great extreems of temperature here in Wales, so windows in summer, and coal fires in winter are what we do.
-
We have a heat pump, as well as central air, and we suppliment in winter with space heaters. We have a couple of rooms that just won't get warm enough without roasting the rest of the house. lol

Since multiple answers are not allowed in this poll, I said Furnace. But by "Windows only" do you mean literally just windows to open and close ['climate control', I suppose] or window unit air conditioners, which I have?

We have a natural gas furnace which heats the house in winter and also runs our central air in the summer. We also have a ceiling fan in every room.
We put in replacement windows last summer, and is it ever nice to be able to open windows and not run the a/c all the time!!!
