    She would be a sorry Justice - ultra liberal - just and she would have been a sorry President.

    I don't think she's as liberal as she'd made out to be. She is liberal, however.

    The fact is that Obama will probably nominate a liberal. There is absolutely zero chance of him nominating a conservative intentionally, and it's only possible that he would nominate a moderate if he wanted to avoid a confirmation battle.

    We shall see if the GOP is willing to give the President's judicial nominee a simple up or down vote.

    Don't Think She Will Accept Nomination...

    ... it is my feeling, and has always been my opinion - when it comes to Hillary - that she wants to be POTUS. To be elected to the Supreme Court.... well, that would take her out of the public eye, and, possibly hurt her chances to run in 2012.

    However, FWIW, I believe that Obama would love nothing more than to "bury" her under the robes of justice.
