I just ran into Diane around the corner. I'm sure she'll be here soon. I will share my hot tea and cinnamon toast with her that you were so kind to make Sheila!

Haaaaaaa! I'm on my way to church and dropped in for a bit of cinnamon toast and some day.
While doing so something caught my eye. I was scrolling quickly down the previous page and saw Clint's pic and thought he posted, but noooo! It was the combination of I Am Blessed 16 and Dan Todd melding together! Whoda thunk it??? Go try it, I'm serious!

  7. Are you guys REALLY eating and drinking all of that coffee and toasts (not just virtually -- in real life too?) or just making conversation without eating and drinking. [IMG] LOL
You know, this is the Internet and I cannot see the other side what you all are really doing (taht's why we need to be careful about those Singles internet ads -- I know!!). [IMG]
I was just curious that's all....I am now drinking a diet soda and just ate a piece of chocolate cake. [IMG] And this is the TRUTH! [IMG]

Nope Nancy, I just grabbed one cup of tea today. If I have more, I can't make it through church service. Our service is always 1 1/2 hours! So... 9:30-12:30.... LOL

Plus, gotta maintain that 'girlish figure'. LOL

We're heading to Joe's Crab Shack for lunch. Back later y'all!

Talk about backslidden. I am HERE AGAIN, sipping Calli tea and dipping my toast in "stirry eggs" while just a block away they are having church.

My wife is at her family reunion up on the Mountain, prior to flying to LA in the morning for an herb conference, and I have a leg in a cast and moving slowly.

So soft-boiled eggs, toast and grape jam, Wimbledon and NO CHURCH. And only a little guilty.

Oh Dr. Bob! We'll send out a group to visit you this Thursday!

And I came back to say we decided against eating out.... so as not to lie!

Oh I am SO upset! I bet you choke on those stirry eggs! LOL! [IMG]

We had some guy from Jewish Missions or something like that there today at church. Made me raise my eyebrows a few times when he was describing what Jews believe, but other than that I almost fell asleep. The room was nice and air conditioned, his voice was deep and soothing even when he raised it. [IMG]
Altogether it was an odd morning. For some reason I just felt "out of place" there today. It all started when I hit a squirrel on the way, then got there and a friend was having a bad day, then found the pastor wasn't there, then shook someone's hand and said my name and they said WHHHHOOOO????
What, were ya looking for a celebrity? I was just saying howdy ya nut!!!!
Plus I'm just not getting everyone wanting to go to Israel. The pastor's gone and taken people, this dude is encouraging people to go. I don't WANT to go! You couldn't PAY me to go! I don't wanna see it until God fixes it up all perty like it's supposed to be! Why would I want to see it now???
Dr. Bob, are you sharing the Calli tea??? It's calming influences would be most welcome today. Not that I'm not half asleep as it is. If you're wife ever gets her site back up I'm ordering it! Anything named after me has got to be good. :D

It is ALL TALK, virtual stuff.
I've been on a diet ever since i
got stopped by the Wal-Marts guard
TWICE IN THE SAME WEEK
    for suspicion of shoplifting basketballs
and hiding them under my shirt. [IMG]

That reminds me of the story about the pregnant woman (about 8 or 9 months prg) being accused of hiding a basketball under her clothes at a store! They thought she was shoplifting!

Amen, Sister Gina -- Preach it!

My idea of a foreign adventure is the
Wal-Marts on the west side of town
(instead of the close one on the east side
    of town).

Nancy---there's a few things you need to know! The coffee that Blackbird is drinkin' right now is of the Folger's brew---Blackbird drinks it in the winter, spring, fall, and now in the summer!! I use to live with a favorite aunt--and I'd be out mowing the grass in the hot of the summer--and she'd bring out a tall glass of ice water--and a hot cup of coffee!!!

Nancy Rushing?? Saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! Ain't you in Blackbird's Fifth grade class!!? You're the quiet girl that sits over in the corner by the world globe and the light switches---Blackbird has been over there several times to click on and off the lights(when we show films and slides) and to spin the globe a time or two on its metal axis!!

And Brother Bob------ya'll!!!!! Brother Bob was in the shop, ya'll!! And ya'll missed 'im!!! Ole Blackbird had a chance to interview him while it was just me and him---everybody else was gone to church---but my luck had it that I was in the shop---that cast on his leg--Blackbird noticed that he didn't tell ya'll how it happened---well, he didn't tell Blackbird either--I hope it didn't have anything to do with Blackbird's tractor!! Hope my tractor didn't hurt him!!!

But how about that!!! Brother Bob in the shop while Elvis is at Wal-Mart!! Both at the same time!!

    Blackbird

Went to Walmart last week and got to drive one of those motorized carts for old folks. Man, I could shop forever with those machines.

Zip to groceries then tool it to the other end of the store to lawn and garden.

Question: Do they have WalMarts in foreign countries? I've been in a lot of countries and never seen one. But then, usually when I'm visiting somewhere it is for tourist spots, NOT housewares on aisle 7.

How well does their "Made in the USA Guarantee" settle with you?

Dr. Bob, Walmart is called Asda here in England. Somethings are reasonably good, but generally we don't bother with it. We certainly won't buy fresh meat, fruit and vegetables there because of the poor quality.

    Blessings
