Those comments reflect a common view that black Americans are systemically targeted by the police. However, analysis released over the weekend shows that more white people die at the hands of law enforcement officers than any other race.

Regardless, it shows that Whites are every bit as likely to be shot in an encounter with a police officer as Blacks are. And while we're talking about silly, that was a pretty silly analysis that Nobel Prize winner Toni Morrison made.

Marilyn is trying to get a protective order for the autopsy she said would clear things up. Doesn't look good, that autopsy must indicate something against their case and the defense will have discovery . . . she is biding for time.

What's so bad in the report that she's stonewalling? Heroin in the system, an indication of self-inflicted wounds, an overdose? Nifong-like with regards to competency and honesty.

What she is doing is illegal and un-American. She should be in prison.

 

It seems like inner city black neighborhoods are more like to be terrorized by black gangs than by cops.
