Nah; the Justice Department will offer the required 3-page, single-spaced response; and we'll hear something from the press secretaries about what he was really trying to say; and then this will become a non-issue for the media until June, when the Supremes issue the official report.
Remember, as the Supremes go back-and-forth over the next couple of months writing the response, one or more of them could feasibly change their minds.
To paraphrase Rumsfield, we won't know until we know. -

Me's Thinks We Should be Concerned....
....that this POTUS has the guts to make such statements in an attempt to sway the SCOTUS.
If, in fact, they rule in favor of Obamacare, this statement could be seen as inflammatory and judicial tampering, and one that could lead Congress to consider taking action against him for. JMHO of course! -
