It is still far too early to make any meaningful predictions, but ...... this is interesting. After all it is a mid-term election and historically the party in power looses. Could this year be different?

Pretty schizophrenic poll. If you're going to use that poll, then you have to admit America views Obama as a dunce, they don't like him, and they don't like where he's taking the country.
I noticed this in the poll, too. (I looked at it, not your article about it.)
Respondents in the household were selected by asking for the youngest male.

Think that's a reliable poll ? -

As much as I hate to say it, the OP just may be correct. I see this country being abandoned, as Romans states, by God, as He leaves us to our devices because of our rejection nationally of Him.
If I'm correct, we are in for a total Demoncrat regime just like before the last election, and if that happens, well you saw how they 'governed(?)' last time they controlled all 3 branches. Just imagine the 'governing' this round.:tear::tear::tear:
Hopefully we will be gone by then, but if not get ready for the persecution that's inevitable.

Midterm Forecast: Democrats May Gain House Seats in 2014 but Majority Probably Out of Reach
"The results of the midterm forecasting model indicate that while Democrats have a real chance to buck the normal pattern of midterm elections and gain seats in the House of Representatives, they are unlikely to pick up the 17 seats that they would need to regain control of the chamber. That outcome would require a wave election like 2006 or 2010. But the 2014 midterm election is unlikely to be a wave election. It is much more likely to be a status quo election for the House of Representatives with one party or the other making a small gain and Republicans holding onto their majority."
