With weeks long early voting in some areas...
And the precedent of holding polls open a few hours longer on election day due to long lines having already been set...
Does anyone think that it is possible that some sort of move will be made to extend voting past November 6th because of the storm?

I would normally say no, because something could usually be set up a week from now for a Cat 1 or 2 hurricane, but this is a different hybrid type storm that we really do not know what it is going to do.
One fact that would support your theory is that the stock market is closed today and maybe tomorrow.
It has not been closed since the mid 50s for Hurricane Gloria, but was closed for a few days around 9/11.
Boy, that would put Obama on pins and needles, as the impacted states for the most part he is going to carry anyhow.
