What are your five favorite worship songs? No matter what the style of or mix of music, I'd love to hear what your favorites are!
Please don't argue with anyone else's choices. Consider this a fun thread that gives us a glimpse into how other people choose to express themselves in worship. :love2:

3. In Christ Alone - Avalon
4. Oh Thou in Whose Presence - Ortega. Can't help but be still and in awe of who you're singing to with this song. Wow.

I have to say, the number of songs we have with the same title really makes my job hard!! When I'm setting up worship for Sunday mornings, I need to know which song we're talking about and I've been known to put the wrong one up!! Now I ask for lyrics or CCLI number. :) -

TS, I just downloaded that on BearShare and listened. I'd never heard it before!
Tomlin really does have a talent for putting out praise songs. I find it very interesting that my taste in secular music is extremely diverse yet there's a pattern, while with Christian music, all style boundaries melt away and becomes pure worship.
I feel really blessed by that. When your teenager is blasting music and you can identify, something amazing is going on. -
Great is Thy Faithfulness
How Great Thou Art
Amazing Grace (particulary fond of the Blind Boys of Alabama singing it)
Wonderful Grace of Jesus
The Love of God -
I'd forgotten about them! Gotta love it when people can get that low.
