Finally an end to birtherism?

The previous claims were that the birth certificate was destroyed when they computerized the records and that the birth certificate was destroyed by fire.

Why were those claims previously made?

"Birthers" were not the ones saying that - it was Obama's supporters.

They created the controversy.

Well that plus Obama refusing to release it.

Obama must be smarter than the Clintons too - they were the first ones to ask to see it.

Too bad it isn't going to work.

It simply looks like Obama caved under Trump's pressure.

I find it of interest that I can see no sign of a raised seal on the pdf pic everyone is dealing with online yet on Nightly News one of the reporters said she saw the certificate and felt the raised seal.

 

Robert, people are downloading this document, often directly from the White House and showing it to be a layered false document. They show you how you can do this yourself and prove it to yourself.

No. Not end of story. Sorry, but you don't intimidate me, Harley or no Harley. He has not lived up to his promise of being open & transparent, and his refusal to release a long-form is part of that broken peomise. The form he released in 2008 would not qualify one for a fishing liscense.

Actually, the government has often hired young hackers to teach them how to defense against hacking. Kids today have grown up with computers and the Internet and often are far more skilled than older adults.

And I seriously doubt this document was created by our intelligence agencies, that would foolish. No, this would be a closely guarded inside job.

Did you even watch that video? That fellow took this document apart in seconds. If you would have listened, you cannot do this with a photocopy where all parts of the image are produced at once. This document was made in layers as easily demonstrated in Adobe Illuminator.

This document was just released today, and already there are many videos showing it is a fraud, and giving simple instructions so you can download this document and see for yourself.

Who is believeing conspiracy theories now?

I guarantee this, this is going to get around with the young people, and he is going to lose much support.

I'll tell you. Roger laughed at us when we read about John Edwards in the Enquirer. That turned out to be true. The more & more I see the vitriol & irrational hatred of people who question where the zero was born, the more I look into it, and the worse it smells. Thanx, Roger & Tom, for convincing me there is something to this.

 

It's good to know you aren't intimidated. Of course, people who claim to not being intimidated usually are the ones who are intimidated the most.

 

The short form, while it had many flaws was a much better document than this long form. They would have been alright if they would have printed this document and then presented a photocopy. They made the mistake of releasing a pdf that allows folks to take it apart and shows it was made in layers. They are going to have far more trouble explaining this form, HUGE mistake. They got in a hurry.
