I enjoy watching Fox news, but - I thought Fox News was supposed to be conservative. Then why do the female hosts insist on consistently wear mini-skirts while sitting on high chairs. If they must do that, then the camera should only give us a face view.
Thoughts?

That's how it is with Fox News. Watch the credits. They tell you who the clothes are provided by.
These women don't insist on wearing those clothes. I hate them myself and can hardly watch Fox News at all anymore because of it.
These women are told what to wear from the collection of clothes provided by the network. Those aren't clothes from their personal closets at home. Neither are the suits worn by the men. They probably come to work in jogging outfits and get dressed by people picking out their clothes at work. If they are going to work there at Fox News, they must wear what they are told to wear.
I also can't stand the fact that my only choice of news in the morning has Victoria's Secret models explaining to the male hosts what kind of bras are now sporty and fashionable and re-runs clips of Britanny Spears wiggling on the stage.
How is that news? -
I guess having my telly behind me does have a benefit..........lol I suppose they also wear spiked heels and walk knock-kneed, and constantly brush their hair off one eye!!!!
Cheers,

Scarlett,
I'm glad that I am not the only one who feels this way. -
I was laughing internally the other day when an 18 yr old male tried to explain that it was okay to see a (way too visual) movie with his girlfriend and she disagreed, and I explained to the boy why a boy might find that appealing, and why a girl might find that repulsive. When the concept of male viewing female vs female vs female set in, his expression was priceless!
But...I'm sure the news channels realize that males love their remote controls and so long as people keep watching, why change what works?
Why ARE you watching? Just turn it off. There's always newspapers, reading online, or listening to the radio. -
I like the channels with counters. :) That way I never see below the waist!
