Come the first big heat wave in the summer with no air conditioning or a cold snap in the winter with no heat and you'll be singing a different tune. -
Once everything is back online in the Gulf after Isaac's passing by, prices should abate some. We shall see.

Good for Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Bellevue . . . I don't consider those mentioned to be decent sized cities. One could not live comfortably in Seatac, Sedro Wolley, Union Gap, or Ellensburg without owning a car.
Bellevue only has 125,000 people but it is a new city with a new "big city" down town area. Everett has 100,000 people but looks like a dirty old mill town.
