I am a graduate of Mary Hardin Baylor University. I graduated when it is was women only. Well times do change and they have a winning football team.
Saturday, Dec 18, they will play Linfield for the NCAA Div III championship. It will be televised on ESPN2 at 10:00.
This is definitely a first for this University.
I don't even know the name of the Bowl, but it is a milestone for this small Texas Baptist University.

Go Crusaders! For only playing football for 7 years they have come a long way.

They played a great game today, and came close to tying it at the end, and maybe winning it by going for 2 or in overtime. Congratulations to your alma mater on a fantastic season.

How is Mary Hardin Baylor different from the "regular" Baylor? 'member, lots of us have nothing to do with SBC so these are unknowns to us.

Mary Hardin-Baylor was the womens college, back in the day when there was alot of those type of things. Baylor was the money man so to speak. It is a smaller school in Belton, Texas (not to far from Waco where Baylor is). It has a great nursing program among other degrees.

BTW it is a Texas Baptist School (Baptist General Convention of Texas) not a Southern Baptist school.
