Are there Baptist denominations that hold what certain pentecostals call the "holiness standards"? That is, do some Baptists say women can't cut their hair, must wear dresses not pants, no makeup, women wear head coverings (at least in church), etc?

There are no "denominations" to speak of, but there are some on the board who hold to those beliefs.

There are many independants who would hold to those things. Mabey not all but some. I know that First Baptist in Hamond are very strong on some of these things. There are probebly more individuals who are this way than churches.

The churches of the Interstate and Foreign Landmark Missionary Baptist Association (as a whole) still held strong positions against women cutting their hair, wearing pants and makeup, against men wearing moustaches and beards, and a few other things associated with "holiness groups" (at least up to a few years ago). Some of the Old Regular Baptists do also. There are some groups of "Holiness" that came out of Baptist associations that still use the name Baptist - for example, see Holiness Baptist Association.
It is probably appropriate to mention that many Baptists, Wesleyans and others held similar views before there were ever any "Holiness" or "Pentecostal" Churches. "Holiness" might be considered a doctrinal refinement of their positions, though.
