Gov. Brown recently passed legislation in California giving children of illegal aliens access to free or reduced medical care. The cost to California will be a half-a billion dollars a year.

The problem is, in today's paper the story covered highway infrastructure costs running $59 billion a year, and gaining an addition $4 billion a year in growing debt. Mind you the $59 billion is in projects the state cannot afford, and that number increases each year. H

The state can't afford to fix its infrastructure but they are willing to pay the medical bills of illegal children, and they are toying with the idea of paying medical came for illegal alien adults too.

What is wrong with a government that can't keep up paying to fix highways, but give to those who defied our laws and reside here illegally? No wonder America is in trouble?

What should our government do? Take care of illegals or tend to infrastructure?

As long as California's paying for it and not us, I don't care.

Border criminals should be locked up, their assets seized, and then deported.

States with sanctuary cities and the sanctuary cities, themselves, should receive NO federal money for anything.

Taking care of illegals and their future democrat vote ranks high on the government priority list I'm sure.
