I figured the dems took a beating, he is having a hard time with it, so he wanted to try and make Reagan look bad, so he could feel better about being a lib. It is all a result of PTED (Post Traumatic Election Disorder)

It is amusing that Reagan is still so hated by them that they still need to trash him 25 years after he left office.
