Watch TV. Read the papers. See who is earning school scholarships and awards. Who are the government spokespersons and experts? Most of the names could not have been found in the phone book 70 years ago. Median income for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean people are higher than the median income of white people.

Berkeley University is perhaps more Asian than Caucasian.

Doesn't mean all Asians are of high IQ and devoted to learning. I have no problem if they are, but know that those of an immigrant group who come here can differ from the typical person back home.

Remember Vietnamese refugees back in the 1970's? The first wave were more upper class, and the next wave more working class.

    yup

I suppose I worry more about home grown cults than weird faiths from overseas.

    Overall.
