Obama could do anything without fear of losing a re-election bid...hence his telling Russia he could be more flexible after the election. The House could, in theory, keep him in check, but he does not work within the normal parameters anyways.
This is true and obama tramples the Constitution.
Our Congress members are like potted plants and while they bloviate a lot, they do nothing to keep the Executive Branch in check under obama.
He is not, has not been, and never will be my president.
Ever.
And once obamacare kicks in, millions of people will realize how they were conned but it is too late.
And I do expect obama to take his "oath of office" (what a joke) on the Quran.
Ohio is still predicted to be a barn burner.
Early votes go Democratic, according to Karl Rove, and the Repubs break on election day.
We'll see. Coal country along Ohio River has turned against obama because of his war on coal, even though they usually vote Dem.
Honestly people, I really am stunned at the incompetence of the Republican Party. They had unprecedented deficits, high unemployment, an incumbent
who ran on "I haven't done it...yet", and a dead US Ambassador and still managed to lose this.
Romney was a terrible, terrible nominee when they needed an outstanding leader.
Technically he isn't. Obama never met the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen.
So, Obama is president by fiat only. The rule of law is the American way. The color of law is the tyrant's way. LE is right Obama never has been our president . . . legally.
Amen, brother! I just found this out after I got out of the shower. I felt a shiver
go down my spine and a beam of light flood the dark recesses of my soul. I'm so proud of my country.
God has really blessed us with a leader like President Obama! :godisgood:
Should have been a slam dunk UNTIL Romney got the nomination. But again, when you support that which is against God all the while acting like you're doing Him a favor, He often times gives you what you deserve.
And for spitting in God's face, we deserve four more years of whatever hades Barack Obama can bring our way.
Romney wasn't a terrible, terrible nominee, he was merely an OK nominee. That wasn't enough to beat Obama. Obama won it on the ground, whereas the Republicans tried to win it with TV ads. Oops.
When you get right down to it, this wasn't much of a choice -- one between socialism and corporatism. Neither candidate or party stands for the Constitution. With the Dems, more babies will be in danger; with the neocon GOP, we would have been facing endless wars.
