It went on all the time, but not a single white person had an issue with it to the point that they spoke up or brought it to someone's attention?
Now just imagine if you've got police forces all over the country doing this and targeting the people about whom such jokes are made but everyone is doing it so nobody makes a big deal about it.

Ummm.. . if it really went on all the time, Holder etal would have said so.
As it is they could only point to two people. -
I think she probably has a little bit better idea of what WAS taking place than would an outsider. -
If there were more than two employees of the police department sending racist emails his report would have said so.
Unlike Hillary Clinton's emails the Ferguson Police Department emails still exist. -
As soon as she stated she felt like she had been raped she was instantly put into the loon category. I am guessing she has never even known someone who has suffered the horrors of being raped to make a such a magnanimously ignorant statement like that. Typical idiot using true tragedy to cover the fact she deserved to be fired. And talk about throwing people under the bus... "Everyone" did it.

Justice report finds systematic discrimination against African-Americans in Ferguson
Washington (CNN)A Justice Department civil rights investigation has concluded that the Ferguson Police Department and the city's municipal court engaged in a "pattern and practice" of discrimination against African-Americans, targeting them disproportionately for traffic stops, use of force, and jail sentences.
The probe is the result of an investigation ordered by Attorney General Eric Holder after the police shooting that killed Michael Brown last summer.
Among the findings, reviewed by CNN: from 2012 to 2014, 85% of people subject to vehicle stops by Ferguson police were African-American; 90% of those who received citations were black; and 93% of people arrested were black. This while 67% of the Ferguson population is black.

Hmmm...
That's right in line with the crime rates in Ferguson.
Wonder if Holder addressed the underlying causes of that problem? -
-
Stupid response. Blacks are being targeted to commit crime.
How does that work, exactly? Cops holding guns to their heads and making them rob stores, commit rape and murder? -
Now you try it: A+B=C:thumbsup:
So see the above response and figure it out for yourself why folks being targeted are naturally gonna make up a larger quantity of those who go into the "they committed a crime " category. -
They don't include traffic stops. -
-
End of story. -
I'm assing that what you mean is, if we'd watch all groups equally, we'd see equal arrest rates; and I'm not disagreeing with that.
But I'm getting stuck on the middle part, where we see reasons to arrest them.... -

Racial targeting is just that . TARGETING. They don't have to have done anything wrong. The officers can come up with something(interfering with a police officer seems to be a favorite) if they so choose.
If you're watching one group and arresting them while ignoring the group who is doing it more and not arresting them for the same thing, please explain how that is just?
No one would be saying anything about the arrests if the same methods were being applied across the board.. And, like in Ferguson, it's OBVIOUS that Blacks were being targeted while Whites doing the same things were either ignored or just left alone.
And the same thing is happening all over the country. -

Explain how being "targeted" for traffic stops makes blacks commit more crimes.
I can hardly wait. -
First, that's not what I said so you should be laughing at your remarkable ability to laugh at things that haven't been said.
I posted
So how does being targeted for traffic stops make Blacks commit more crimes? It doesn't and that's not what I said.
What I did say was:
It's not rocket science.
If I wanted to make it look like we've got a real problem with Blacks running stop signs, then the only people I would approach about running stop signs are the black suspects. Everyone else, I'd just ignore and wouldn't bother even though they were doing the same thing.
