Actually, the Lord made the human as a free spirit. Being acceptable towards yourself is not a sin.

John 9:
[31] Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
Jenner claims to be a Christian.
A Christian "claims to believe in God".
A Saved Christian, "does the WILL of God".
From reports and Jenner's choices; I do not find what Jenner does, AS THE WILL of God, per scripture.
My opinion, while acknowledging, what is in Jenner's heart, and what God accepts, is between God and Jenner.

Actually, the Lord made the human with a "natural" spirit from a "natural" seed of man.
And less the spirit becomes circumcised and becomes "born again" from the "Seed" of God, that "spirit" shall not be known of the Lord, or occupy His Kingdom. -
