I admit I am more removed from the scene than you are. But that surely doesn't estopp me - and many others here in the UK I might add - from being very concerned about what goes on on your side of the Pond. After all, you are the world's superpower, and what happens with you affects us all, so we all have a stake in it.

 

Which has nothing to do with the constitution.

Having a narcissist in office is nothing new. We had one in office for 8 years before Trump turned DC upside down.

 

Please see the second part of my post: what happens your side of the Pond affects us far more than what happens our side effects you..therefore we have a vested interest in keeping abreast of your developments. Now, you may not agree with our conclusions or even our observations, but please don't think we don't do our best to inform ourselves about your political situation

Mattis: A Security Clearance Is Granted On an 'As-Needed Basis'

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis expressed solidarity with President Trump’s stripping of former Obama CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance earlier this week.

“All I can tell you is, I have taken security clearances away from people in my previous time in uniform, and a security clearance is something that is granted on an as-needed basis,” he told Pentagon reporters traveling with him in South America on Friday.

The comment came in response to a question on what he thought about former intelligence officials denouncing the president for stripping Brennan’s security clearance.

 

As carpro said, Obama's was a narcissist as well. So why weren't you concerned with his narcissism but with Trump it is alarming? (I will add that running for President pretty much guarantees someone is a narcissist.)

The main problems are the way Trump took clearance away and that it was done because he didn’t like Brennan standing up to him in public. Trump is such a child mentally and especially emotionally, having never progressed past a 7 year old mindset.

 

Stop with your ad hominems. You've done it here and on the Giuliani thread and enough is enough; it's boring and tiresome
